University North Park Corporate Centre
The University North Park Corporate Centre (UNPCC) is a Class-A office park developed by the Norman Economic Development Coalition to create the ideal working environment adjacent to retail, restaurants, and hotels in University Town Center. It also has two miles of prime frontage property along Interstate 35. UNPCC is a 60-acre project and its first phase includes six building sites on 26 acres. UNPCC features easy access to I-35, 1,300 parking spaces, and Legacy Park which features an amphitheater, a large lake, trails, and public art. UNPCC offers both sites for sale and build-to-suit, incentive land pricing for qualified companies. UNPCC also has sites available with airplane hangar locations adjacent to the Max Westheimer Airport.
Norman Business Park
The Norman Business Park, located 4.5 miles east of I-35 on Highway 9, features an 11-acre greenway with two large ponds and jogging trails. The site is three miles east of the University of Oklahoma's main campus and two miles east of the University of Oklahoma Research Campus, which includes the Stephenson Research and Technology Center and the National Weather Center. The Norman Business Park is home to the offices of Xyant Technology.
OU Research Campus
The University of Oklahoma’s Research Campus brings academic, public, and private sector organizations together in a mutually beneficial, collaborative environment. It facilitates basic and applied research, provides unique educational experiences for graduate and undergraduate students, enables organizational teaming and management of large projects, and promotes strategic economic development through incubation, company relocation, and strategic alliances. The Research Campus is designated as an Enterprise Zone which provides unique opportunities for small companies. It also provides 271 acres of unprogrammed land to accommodate any need and supplies redundant power, communications, and environmental control systems support for 24/7 mission-critical activities.
